Call us to talk through a formulation before you prescribe it. Our pharmacist can help with:
- Dose adjustments and titration schedules
- Formulation and vehicle selection
- Stability and beyond-use considerations
- Patient counseling support
- Alternatives when a manufactured product is unavailable
- Choosing the right base: we match PCCA bases to the problem, such as hormone-delivery bases for BHRT and problem-skin bases for acne and rosacea

Quality you can prescribe with confidence.
EpitomeRx is a licensed 503A pharmacy that follows USP <795> and <800>, with dedicated modular compounding rooms for nonsterile and USP <800> hazardous drug compounding, and complies with California State Board of Pharmacy and FDA requirements. We require a certificate of analysis for every lot of USP/NF-grade API, choose PCCA bases suited to each problem with published stability data, and use planetary mixers, closed-jar mixing systems, homogenizers and ointment mills for uniform preparations. Ask us for formulation details or beyond-use dating on any preparation.
